Volunteer Recertification

Follow the easy volunteer recertification steps below.

When you are finished filling out the form click “Submit” at the bottom.

All volunteers are required to recertify before the beginning of the new school year. To do so, please click the link below to watch the Child Protection video, then review and sign the Workers Compliance Agreement. Complete and sign the Worker’s Compliance Agreement here. When you have finished, hit “Submit.”

Please submit this agreement at the beginning of each ministry year or when you begin serving as a new volunteer.
